Project Management
I’ve tried so many project management tools, and Todoist is hands down my favorite. It’s super easy to use, so you don’t have to spend days learning a new system, and you can set up deadlines and recurring tasks just by typing, “Do XYZ every Saturday” and it schedules it for you! Incredible.

Stock Photos
No more scrolling through endless stock photos that all look the same. 🙅🏻♀️ Élevae (formerly Social Squares) is my favorite stock photo site. They have a huge variety of both photos and videos you can use on your social media, website, and in lots of other projects.

Time Tracking
When I first started my business, I never tracked my time. I had left behind the days of clocking in and out and didn’t want to start again! But by tracking my time, I’m able to set realistic routines and deadlines for myself, and I can price my products and services so that they’re profitable!
I use Toggl to track my time spent by project. There’s a paid plan, but I can do everything I need to on the free version. Check it out here.

I don't know about you, but I’m not a fan of PDF workbooks that I have to print out and fill in, because I never do.
