welcome to day 5!

The challenge is coming to an end, and I hope you’ve gotten a lot done and had some fun along the way. Thank you so much for spending the last few days with me.

Here’s what’s on the agenda for today:

→ Start with the video lesson. (As always, if you would like to watch the video with captioning, it’s at the bottom of the page here.)

→ Complete your action steps, or set aside time on your calendar to do so. It’s okay if you can’t get to them right away today, but the sooner you can get to it, the sooner your Canva will be nice and organized.

→ Reach out to me with any questions you have, or even if you want to show me your finished steps from today. I’m happy to help or give feedback — or just celebrate with you. 🥳

→ Create a maintenance schedule. I always recommend organizing things as you go, but I know that’s not always realistic. Things pile up, and that’s okay! Set a recurring task in your calendar to do things like:

• Organize Uploads folder

• Rename designs with keywords in their titles

• Go through your folders and archive old designs

• Update your Brand Kit

If you consistently do those 4 things, your Canva account will stay in great shape.
